Ingredients

Method
- Preheat your grill to medium heat. While the grill heats up, place a large skillet over medium heat on the stovetop. Cook the bacon in batches, turning occasionally, until it's nice and crispy, about 5 to 6 minutes. Transfer the cooked bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, black pepper, and hot sauce. Mix everything together thoroughly with your hands. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and form them into thin patties, about 7 inches in diameter.
- Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking. Place the burger patties on the preheated grill. Cook for about 3 minutes per side for medium doneness, aiming for a nice char. During the last 2 minutes of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.
- While the burgers are finishing, spread the softened butter on the cut sides of the Kaiser rolls. Place the rolls cut-side down on the grill for about 1 minute, just until lightly toasted.
- Assemble your burgers by placing a cheesy patty on the bottom half of each toasted roll. Top with a leaf of iceberg lettuce, a slice of tomato, some pickle slices, and finally, 2 strips of crispy bacon.
💡 Tips
- For even juicier burgers, avoid overworking the meat mixture. Mix just until combined.
- If you don't have a grill, you can cook the patties in a hot skillet on the stovetop.
- Toast the buns lightly to prevent them from getting soggy from the burger juices.
