Ingredients
Converted amounts are rounded.
Method
- In a medium bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of the marshmallow fluff and 1 tablespoon of the heavy cream. Beat until smooth, then add the remaining heavy cream and beat until stiff peaks form, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Spread the remaining marshmallow fluff inside the bottom of your serving glass, then drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Add the cold brew, milk, ice, and vanilla ice cream to a blender. Blend until smooth. Break the graham cracker in half, then break one half into another half. Add 3/4 of the graham cracker to the blender and reserve the last 1/4 for topping. Blend again until smooth.
- Pour the drink into the prepared glass. Top with the marshmallow whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Crush the remaining graham cracker and sprinkle on top.
💡 Tips
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use cold brew concentrate instead of regular cold brew.
- If you don't have marshmallow fluff, you can substitute with mini marshmallows melted in the microwave.
- Chill the glass beforehand for an extra frosty drink.
