Ingredients
Converted amounts are rounded.
Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Lightly grease a small baking dish that fits inside your air fryer basket.
- Place the chicken breast halves in the prepared dish. Pour the lemon juice evenly over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese, dried oregano, and pepper over the top.
- Air-fry until the chicken is cooked through and a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 165°F, about 20–25 minutes.
- Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
💡 Tips
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the lemon juice, oregano, and pepper for 15–30 minutes before cooking.
- If your air fryer is small, cook the chicken in a single layer; you may need to adjust the time slightly.
- Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon and a sprinkle of extra oregano for a brighter taste.
