These mini cheesecakes are the perfect no-bake treat: a buttery Oreo crust, a creamy Nutella filling that's almost like a mousse, and a cloud of whipped cream on top. They come together in just 20 minutes and need only a few hours in the fridge to set.
You can make them in a standard 12-hole muffin tin, and they're great for parties, holidays, or whenever you need a quick, impressive dessert. The Nutella drizzle on top adds a final touch of chocolatey goodness.
Ingredients
Converted amounts are rounded.
Method
- Line a standard 12-hole muffin tin with paper liners.
- Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and bashing with a rolling pin.
- Mix the Oreo crumbs with the melted butter. Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin holes and press firmly to form a compact base.
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the icing sugar, 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp Nutella, and vanilla extract, and beat until combined. Pour in the 1/4 cup heavy cream and beat for 2–3 minutes until light and fluffy, like frosting.
- Spoon the Nutella cream cheese mixture over the Oreo bases, dividing evenly. Smooth the tops and refrigerate the tin until the cheesecakes are firm (at least 3–4 hours, or overnight).
- For the topping: In a chilled bowl, whip the 3/4 cup heavy cream until it starts to thicken. Add the 2 tbsp sugar and continue whipping until soft peaks form. Transfer to a piping bag (if desired) and pipe or dollop the cream onto each cheesecake.
- For the drizzle: Place the 1/3 cup Nutella in one corner of a small ziplock bag. Microwave on high for 15 seconds. Snip a tiny hole in the corner and drizzle the warm Nutella over the cream-topped cheesecakes.
- Serve the cheesecakes cool, straight from the fridge.
💡 Tips
- For clean slices, use a sharp knife and wipe it between cuts.
- You can use any brand of hazelnut spread instead of Nutella.
- These keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
