These flower-shaped pretzel bites are almost too cute to eat—but you'll be glad you did. With just three ingredients, they come together in minutes and are perfect for spring parties, Easter baskets, or a fun baking project with kids.
The combination of salty pretzels and sweet chocolate is irresistible, and the colorful candy-coated chocolates add a festive pop. They're easy to make ahead and store, so you can enjoy them all season long.
Ingredients
Converted amounts are rounded.
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the pretzel snaps in rows on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each pretzel.
- Place a square of chocolate or a candy melt on top of each pretzel.
- Warm in the preheated oven for 2-3 minutes, until the chocolate is soft but not melted.
- Remove from the oven. Gently press 1 chocolate candy into the soft chocolate in the center, then arrange 6 chocolate candies around the center candy to resemble flower petals.
- Place on the counter or in the refrigerator until set. Store in an airtight container.
- Enjoy!
💡 Tips
- If the chocolate doesn't soften enough in the oven, leave them in for an extra minute, but watch closely.
- Use a toothpick to help arrange the candies if they stick to your fingers.
- For a cleaner look, chill the bites before serving to set the chocolate firmly.
