Ingredients
Converted amounts are rounded.
Method
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the lemon juice until well combined. Set aside.
- Cut the salmon fillets into serving-sized pieces. Season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Rinse the broccoli and trim the florets and stem. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat half the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon pieces and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Reduce heat toward the end if needed. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
- Add the remaining butter to the same skillet. Add the broccoli and cook over medium heat for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly softened and lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the salmon and broccoli with a generous dollop of lemon mayo on the side.
💡 Tips
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder to the lemon mayo.
- If your skillet is not non-stick, use a little oil along with the butter to prevent sticking.
- You can swap broccoli for asparagus or green beans for variety.
