This punch is a showstopper for any shark-themed party. The ice cream raft, shaped like a life preserver, floats on top of the punch, creating a fun and festive presentation.
To make the raft, you'll need a Bundt pan and some fruit roll-ups for the stripes. The punch itself is a simple mix of blue Hawaiian Punch, Sprite, and vanilla vodka, with a gummy shark for an extra touch.
Ingredients
Converted amounts are rounded.
Method
- Line a Bundt pan with plastic wrap and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Lay the fruit roll-ups perpendicular to each other in the pan to create an “X”.
- Fill Bundt pan about halfway with ice cream. Cut the fruit roll-ups and tuck them over the ice cream to create a full stripe. Place in the freezer to harden, at least 3 hours and up to overnight.
- In a punch bowl, combine Hawaiian Punch, Sprite and vodka. Add gummy shark if using and stir to combine. Unmold life preserver and add it to punch just before serving.
💡 Tips
- Use a high-quality vanilla ice cream for a creamier raft.
- For a non-alcoholic version, replace vodka with additional Sprite or a lemon-lime soda.
- The ice cream raft can be made a day ahead and kept frozen.
