Tropical Green Power Smoothie

A quick, nutrient-packed green smoothie that blends fresh spinach with tropical fruits and a hint of citrus for a refreshing breakfast or snack.

This vibrant green smoothie is the perfect way to start your day with a boost of vitamins and fiber. The combination of baby spinach, mango, and pineapple creates a naturally sweet and creamy texture, while the clementine adds a bright citrus note.

Ground flax or chia seeds provide a dose of omega-3s and help thicken the smoothie, making it satisfying and energizing. It comes together in just minutes in your blender, making it an ideal choice for busy mornings.

Converted amounts are rounded.

Method

  1. Place the spinach and ground flax seed in your blender.
  2. Fill a one-cup measuring cup with ice, then fill with the coconut almond milk over the ice. Add to the blender, put on the cover, then blend for 45 seconds or until the spinach is completely smooth.
  3. Add the fresh fruit (clementine, mango, and pineapple) and blend for another 45 seconds.
  4. Serve immediately!

💡 Tips

  • For a colder smoothie, use frozen mango and pineapple instead of fresh.
  • If you don't have a clementine, a small orange works well too.
  • Adjust the liquid amount for your desired consistency—add more milk if too thick.
