This is the dip that ends all dip debates. Instead of choosing between your favorites, you get them all on one golden, cheesy baking sheet. The biscuit pieces act as edible dividers and dippers, so every bite is a new adventure.
It's a showstopper for Super Bowl parties, but honestly, it works for any casual get-together. The four dips are classic crowd-pleasers, and the whole thing comes together with store-bought biscuit dough and a few simple ingredients. Just assemble, bake, and watch it disappear.
Ingredients
Converted amounts are rounded.
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and arrange a rack in the center. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Pinch the edges of each piece together to form a ball. Arrange the biscuit balls around the edges of the prepared sheet, then in lengthwise and crosswise lines down the center to create 4 quadrants.
- Brush the biscuits with the melted butter and sprinkle with the Parmesan and garlic powder.
- In a large bowl, using a handheld mixer on medium speed, beat the cream cheese and mozzarella until combined. This is your dip base.
- For the Buffalo chicken dip: In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of the dip base with the chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and 1/4 cup of the cheddar. Spread into one quadrant.
- For the spinach-artichoke dip: In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of the dip base with the spinach, artichoke hearts, Gruyère, garlic, 2 tablespoons Parmesan, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Spread into the second quadrant.
- For the pizza dip: In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of the dip base with the remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan, ricotta, 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, pizza sauce, pepperoni, and 1/4 cup mozzarella. Spread into the third quadrant.
- For the jalapeño popper dip: In a medium bowl, combine the remaining dip base with most of the bacon (reserve some for topping), jalapeños, sour cream, Monterey Jack, and the remaining 1/4 cup cheddar. Spread into the last quadrant and top with the remaining 1/4 cup cheddar.
- Bake until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheeses are melted and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
- Top the chicken dip with blue cheese and chives. Top the spinach dip with parsley. Top the pizza dip with basil. Top the jalapeño dip with the reserved bacon.
💡 Tips
- Make sure the cream cheese is well softened so the dip base is smooth.
- If you don't have a handheld mixer, you can beat the cream cheese and mozzarella by hand with a sturdy spoon.
- For extra heat, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
