Iced Coffee Protein Shake

A quick, energizing iced coffee shake with protein powder, perfect for a post-workout boost or a morning pick-me-up.

This iced coffee protein shake is my go-to when I need a quick energy boost. It's creamy, refreshing, and packed with protein to keep you full and focused.

You can customize it with your favorite protein powder and adjust the sweetness to your liking. The optional salt and baking soda help replenish electrolytes, making it a great post-workout drink.

Method

  1. In a cup with a lid (like a shaker bottle) or a measuring cup with a whisk, vigorously shake or whip together the hot water, instant coffee, vanilla, stevia, and if using, the salt and baking soda.
  2. Add the protein powder and 1 cup of the milk, then shake or whip again until the powder is completely dissolved.
  3. Place the ice cubes in a pint glass, pour the mixture over the ice, and top up with the remaining milk (about 1 cup, or slightly less).
  4. Stir gently and enjoy immediately.

💡 Tips

  • Use a shaker bottle for the best results.
  • Adjust the stevia to your preferred sweetness.
  • For a thicker shake, use less milk or add more ice.
